Very nice place with close walk to beach or many of the other attractions. Also trolley ride to boardwalk picks you up 1 block away for added convenience.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was perfect safe, quiet, and conveniently located. Check-in was incredibly easy, making our arrival completely stress-free. We also never had any trouble finding parking and always seemed to get a spot right in front of the house, which was a huge bonus. The host was very responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay!

It was so easy and wonderful to communicate with James. It was a last-minute trip, and finding a place to stay that could accommodate our family was a bit stressful, but everything worked out perfectly in the end. There are excellent cafes within walking distance, a grocery market right next door, and it's close to Rittenhouse Square.

Very comfortable and beautifully decorated  Trinity that's cozy with an incredible and up to date  kitchen and bath. But,  like all Trinities, it has three flights of stairs, so you get your steps in! Great location in a neighborhood that's a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist sites.  It  has art galleries,  antique stores, coffee shops, grocery stores and a parks all within walking distance.

Listing was as described and perfect for our small Tartan Army group of guys. Home was clean and close to where we needed to be. Quiet neighbourhood that felt safe. Host was available for anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Bespoke Stay

Stayed for a several day trip with my group of 6-8 and Scott’s place was perfect for our needs! He was communicative and friendly from the time we booked through every step of the stay. The condo was clean and well equipped, and in the perfect location for Dewey. Steps from all the bars and right at the beach. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available was a huge plus. The towels were super fluffy and the check-out tasks were simple and totally reasonable. Would absolutely stay there again!

The house was very clean and was the same as in the pictures. What stood out to us were the little details: abundant games, enough beach towels for a large family, a bag of rice and more for cooking, thoughtful bathroom utilities, pool noodles and so on. The house is very close to the community pool. It’s also close to Jungle Jim’s, shopping outlet, grocery stores and of course, the beach. Scott was responsive as well but tbh, we didn’t need much from him as everything was already clearly laid out in the home. We would love to come back.

This place met our expectations and way more. Everything was clean and fresh. The view was spectacular from inside the home and out on the balcony. Sunrise is beautiful, watching it right from the master bed or downstairs. Only issue we had was locating door #9 it was not marked and the lock box for the key. Then once we found the key, the front door lock is very tricky to open. If that could have been explained better we would have had a perfect experience. Absolutely lovely place!

Scott’s place was even better than described. We were here for the World Cup. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, and fit our party of 5 perfectly! Check-in and check-out were easy. The elevator was out of service, but Scott let us know in advance and issued a discount to compensate. We even had a mishap and misplaced the key, and Scott graciously told us he didn’t need compensation for the replacement. It doesn’t get any better than that! I’ve rented Airbnbs all over the US and Europe and have never experienced this level of kindness from a host. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We were in the area for a wedding and this house was the perfect getaway.  Tucked in the woods, with a peaceful creek on the property, an amazing pool and a pickleball/tennis court as well!  The house was roomy and comfortable.  The main floor bedroom was a plus.  The kitchen and outdoor deck overlooked the beautiful property and made for a great place for morning coffee.  We really enjoyed our stay!

We booked the condo for a family vacation, it was absolutely perfect.   It was well equipped with all we needed in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean upon check in.   The communication with the host from booking to check out was outstanding.....very quick and helpful.   I would 100% recommend this condo and will be booking again if/when we return to Dewey Beach.

**Great 1-Night Stay!** We spent one night here and had a really great experience. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and very easy to find. There are also some fantastic restaurants right around the area, which was a huge plus. The price was fair for a one-night stay, and the overall deal was good. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
