This cozy & clean studio was perfect for our weekend stay in Philly.  The apartment is in an awesome neighborhood within safe walking distance to so many food/bars/tourist attractions/local flare.  Parking is definitely a bit of a nightmare, but our solution was to park at a Metropolis parking garage near South St.  It was about a mile from the Airbnb, but we wanted to walk around anyway so it was a worry-free option that worked well for us.  We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Philly!

Lauren’s place was perfect for our stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and absolutely immaculate. I had lots of questions and Lauren was very patient and responded lightning fast each time. The place really was perfect, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the elevator was broken for our entire stay too, as some other reviews mentioned. This unit may be on the second floor, but it’s actually four killer flights of stairs. If we had just been a group of adults with normal luggage, it may have been okay, but we had a baby too with all the heavy supplies that babies travel with, so it was extremely rough. That said, if the elevator had been operational, I’d give Lauren’s place 10 stars out of 5.

We had a great stay! Central location and plenty of space for 4 people, though the 2nd full bathroom is located in the basement. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is decorated nicely. We appreciated that they were flexible with a late checkout for us.

My daughter & I just needed a place to relax for the weekend…so I decided to try this house. The owner’s communication was clear & courteous from start to finish. We arrived late at night but check in was really easy and the house was a treasure inside, just like the pictures. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The shower was also great. I almost didn’t want to get out. We had to park on the street but had no problems with that and we didn’t have to move our car much because there were several things within walking distance. If you don’t mind driving a few minutes, there are tons of restaurants & stores close. We did hear & see a few of the neighbors, but they weren’t loud or disruptive & nobody bothered us. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen or living room because we just wanted to rest, but all of the areas looked nice, cozy, well maintained & clean. Bottom line, we’d stay here again. We slept extremely well & felt welcome from the time we walked in.

This was a last minute trip but Scott accommodated us by confirming quickly, had paper towels and toilet paper delivered immediately and was highly responsive from start to finish. The property was beautiful and has lots of character! It gives a vintage, cozy feel. The home was warm and completely inviting; a very beautiful and comfortable home. Scott’s place was lovely - it is quite spacious in all of the rooms, has a great rooftop deck, is very clean and the location is excellent for those looking to be that northern liberty zone. The grocery store across the street was also very helpful - as it stayed open late and we could get all the essential needed for staying with a kid. Our child very much enjoyed this place and so did we - allowing us to easily meet up with friends in a central location and have a comfortable space to stay. Further, communication was also very effective - we needed another day due to flight cancellations and this was easily accommodated by the host. I’ve seen reviews of the elevator before we booked - it is small - but our child loved it and was not at all hard to figure out (and there are stairs too). Great stay option overall.

Really great spot within Mexican War Streets neighborhood! It's super close to Randyland, and you can easily walk to Mattress Factory, the Andy Warhol Museum, and other attractions. You are also close to a bunch of restaurants and little markets too. I enjoyed having the attached bathroom to the room, and it was a great home base during my stay in Pittsburgh!

We had a nice stay. Location is very convenient and close to many attractions and restaurants. Upstairs neighbors were kind of noisy at 2:30 in the morning a couple of the nights we were there, but it was close to St Patrick’s Day so maybe it’s not a regular occurrence.

Great place to stay at, we had some issues but Scott and the team responded very fast and were very helpful and resolved everything. The place was very clean and we were impressed with how clean and neat it was. Response speed from host was very very quick which was nice. It was cozy and very neat. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. We would stay again in the summer.

Great communication, great location, very comfortable, very clean. Nice walks to lookouts, incline, restaurants, bakery, grocery, pharmacy. Very quiet area. Very little noise from neighbors or outside. Inside noise comes from squeaky doors and floors, but if you are all on the same schedule its not a problem. This was the first time I needed to use a third party app for detailed check-in, check-out. I found it a bit confusing and cold, but Scott was helpful. It definitely met our needs. It was a good stay.

We had such a wonderful weekend getaway! The home was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax in the mountains by the lake. Everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well maintained. The peaceful setting made it easy to unwind and enjoy the scenery. One of the best parts for us was that it was also pet friendly, which made the trip even more special since we could bring our furry family member along. This location was perfect for an overnight! Everywhere we were visiting was walkable. We chose to park in a garage down the street rather than using the open lot across the street. The location was quiet and safe. Host was prompt in responding when we needed extra towels. There was a strong, artificial air freshener/fragrance that caused some irritation for us because we are a fragrance-free family, but that is more of a personal preference.
