Went for a wedding weekend, and everything was in walking distance. It was an extremely convenient location and we were even surrounded by great food spots. The place was extremely clean, had everything you may need, and the host were open to conversing if you needed anything else. I have to say it was a great experience!

Loved our stay in Polish Hill. We were only there 2 nights, but house was great for us. Each bedroom having it's own full bathroom was a plus. Ate most meals out, but kitchen had everything needed if we had wanted to cook any meals. We were able to walk to most places, but when car was needed navigating the area was easy. Quiet at night, and nice little front porch to enjoy morning coffee. We would defintely stay with Carleigh again if in the area.

The location is top notch! You are right off Broad and can walk anywhere (if you choose). If that's not your cup of tea there is a Septa terminal right at the corner! We left the car parked for 4 out of our 6 days, walked to Reading Terminal, Rittenhouse, down to the Schuylkill, went to a couple of restaurants on 2nd street, one night we even walked all the way down Broad to and from the Phillies game (not for everyone). We did take the Septa two nights to the Flyers' games. I would say the biggest thing to take away is that we felt completely comfortable and safe! Tip: Bring a sound machine/use an app, you'll never know you're in the city! Parking was easy. Street parking can be a little harder to come by, depending on the time of day, but there are plenty of lots and garages close by. It is as advertised, minimalistic. That was absolutely perfect for us. There are some areas that could use a little TLC, but for the location, price point, and cleanliness....PERFECTION!

Our stay was amazing in every way. It is a pristine home that is extremely spacious. The beds are very comfortable, every amenity in the bathrooms you could want. Stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and cooking items. The location can’t be beat, walkable to everything and short drive to Rehoboth. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely book again and every time we need to return to the area!

I always enjoy my stay at Thena. You can’t beat the location. The neighborhood is really walkable and there are a ton of food and coffee options close by. The bed is comfortable and the linens were really nice. I’ve stayed a few times and never had any issues.

We had a great time. The apartment is in an awesome location - right next to the liberty bell. Parking was expensive ($30/day) but easy to do (right next to the apartment). The place is really nice and had everything we need.

I can’t say enough about Scott as a host! Before I could even unpack I received a text from him saying that he was made aware there were no coffee pods in the house and he was having them delivered within a couple hours. When we were missing a hand towel, Brenda from the cleaning crew insisted on coming to the house to get us the towel and anything else we needed. Scott and team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and he was extremely responsive and friendly! As for the house itself, it was perfect. We felt immediately at home, and the location was super convenient to everything we had planned. We will 100% rent the house again!

We had a great stay at Dewey and absolutely loved this condo! Everything was updated, clean, and visually appealing. Great quality sheets and towels, and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and having two parking spots is key. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed for our group of a couple of families, including a crib, high chair, and a bunch of toys for the little ones we had along with us. The location was convenient to hikes, so we ventured out here and there, but mostly we took advantage of the large space, grill, and other amenities. Would definitely recommend!

The condo is one block from the Independence Hall area and one block from the subway and several bus lines including the Philly Phlash that runs Friday to Sunday connecting tourist areas. We were notified two weeks in advance that the elevator was not working and the host gave us a refund of $260 to compensate for it which we felt was more than fair. He always responded immediately when we text. This is a city so you will hear street noises. The only negative is the bed in the back bedroom is uncomfortable.

I'm hesitant to say how much we enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for fear of it not being available when we want to stay there again. Location is excellent. Very quiet. Slept 2 couples comfortably. Very spacious living area. Entry instructions were clear. Great food near by. Parking is challenging - but if you read the signs and are willing to move the car (or add money on the parking App) by 8am - you can park free overnight. There were no issues with our stay and I highly recommend this unit and location.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Thena Hotel. Had the tidiness and luxury of a hotel with the price of an air bnb. The bed was cozy and standing shower was lovely. Minor annoyances to look at for - there was tons of construction and foot traffic on the weekend but I sleep through anything so it didn’t bother me. Additionally, the guests above us could be loud at times but again I don’t see this as a flaw on Thena. Lastly, if your someone who enjoyed watching tv in bed, the tv is quite slow and didn’t work too well. Overall, Thena was exactly what we needed for our stay!

Rental was clean and ready to go. There were so many places to eat and visit within walking distance and we parked in one lot and never used the car. it's a bit misleading to note people can drive up to the unit to unload-road is extremely narrow and cars much bigger than a small crv most likely won't fit. So we had to unload and haul our stuff quite a ways. Not sure if this is normal for the area but the majority of the area doesn't have trash bins so there are bags of garbage by the streets for blocks.
